EarthCare Professional Basics Course - Terms and Conditions

 

1. Enrollment and Payment

   By enrolling in the EarthCare Professional Basics course (hereafter referred to as "the Course"), you agree to pay the full course fee at the time of registration. Your place in the Course is not secured until full payment is received.

 

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

   a. If you cancel your enrollment up to 4 days before the Course start date, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.

   b. Cancellations made within 4 days of the Course start date are not eligible for a refund, but you may transfer your enrollment to a future course date, subject to availability, minus the fee. 

   c. LadyBug EarthCare reserves the right to cancel the Course due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

 

3. Course Content and Materials

   a. All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, the EarthCare 101 Class and the EarthCare Ethics Guide, are the intellectual property of LadyBug EarthCare and are for personal use only.

   b. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing course materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

 

4. Participant Conduct

   Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the Course.  LadyBug EarthCare reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.

 

5. Liability Waiver

   Participants acknowledge that they are participating in the Course voluntarily and at their own risk.  LadyBug EarthCare is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during the Course.

 

6. Privacy Policy

    LadyBug EarthCare will collect and use participant information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://www.ladybugearthcare.com/privacy-policy).

 

7. Photography and Recording

    LadyBug EarthCare may take photographs or recordings during the Course for marketing purposes. By enrolling, you consent to being photographed or recorded, unless you notify us in writing prior to the Course.

 

8. Certificate of Completion

   Certificates of completion are issued only to participants who attend the full Course. These certificates do not constitute a professional license or certification.

 

9. Disclaimer

   The Course provides educational content and does not guarantee any specific business outcomes. Participants are responsible for applying the knowledge gained in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

LadyBug EarthCare reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled participants via email.

 

By enrolling in the EarthCare Professional Basics course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
