EarthCare Professional Training

Increase your Ecological Impact and Revenue without burning out or compromising your ethics

ECP Brand Visuals - mark_edited.png
EarthCare-Professional-Training-1.jpg

Loving the earth isn't the hard part.

Building a sustainable business around it (without burning out) is.

You've got the PDC. Maybe years of hands-on experience. You know regenerative practices work. You can design systems that heal land and support biodiversity.

But knowing how to steward land doesn't mean you know how to make a living from it.

Most ecological practitioners end up either undercharging for their expertise, burning out from trying to scale the wrong way, or - heartbreakingly - giving up their land-based work entirely for a corporate job that pays the bills.

You're not failing. The system is failing you.

Earthcare-Professional-training-11.jpg
Earthcare-Professional-training-12.jpg

There's been a massive gap between ecological education and sustainable business models. PDCs teach brilliant design principles, and hands-on experience gives you confidence and knowledge, but the part about making your business work financially? It’s lacking.

There is a better way.

And it starts with understanding that land-based work requires a completely different approach to business - one that honors both your need to make a living and the land's need for relationship-centered care.

green-stripe.png

The EarthCare Professional Training bridges that gap.

EarthCare is a complete methodology built on a reciprocal relationship with Nature in your Place - one that honors both the land's needs and your need to make a living.

yellow-highlight.png

You do not need more techniques.

You need a clear, ethical, guided way forward.

What's missing from your ecological education isn't design knowledge or better plant lists...it's business fundamentals.

That’s the difference between passion and profession.
Passion alone won’t pay the bills. You need structure, tools, and confidence to turn your land skills into professional services that people actively seek out and pay well for.

The EarthCare Professional Training helps you go from garden-DIYer to a recognized EarthCare Professional with the tools, credibility, and business foundation to sustain your work.

"I came into EarthCare with almost no hands-on practice at all. As I spent time working side by side with Kendra, learning from her mentors, and working through programs she curated, I was surprised by how quickly my confidence grew to the point where I could manage job sites with her direction, even when she wasn't there."

– Morgan L.

"As I worked with Kendra [...], I learned a lot about every step of doing earthwork as a contractor. [...] Most of all, she demonstrated that it is possible to build and run a successful business rooted in mindfulness of the land, so that the actions the business takes actually nurtures the earth."

– Jimi E

Here's what changes when your land work becomes your livelihood

mauve-check-square.png

You stop hesitating about pricing or second-guessing your approach. You’ve got a clear methodology clients understand, trust, and pay well for.

mauve-check-square.png

The projects coming your way are aligned with your values. You’re hired for consultations, project management, and long-term stewardship work that sustains both you and the land.

mauve-check-square.png

You finally have systems that save you time and stress. From client intake to project planning to pricing structures, your business runs with clarity and confidence.

mauve-check-square.png

Your mindset has shifted from “trying to make it work” to “running a professional practice.” Clients see you as the expert, and peers refer you because they know you deliver.

Earthcare-Professional-training-4.jpg

But more than anything, you'll walk away with something most trainings don't offer:

gradient-strip-1.png

A professional identity rooted in your values.

Systems that support both your land work and your wellbeing.

A way of doing business that respects the land, the client, and your capacity.

A collective of EarthCare Professionals to learn, share, and grow with

You won't walk away with someone else's blueprint. You'll walk away with clarity, confidence, and a business model that reflects you, not a cookie-cutter version of land care.
That's the impact of the EarthCare Professional Training.

“Kendra is more than a capable mentor; she's an empathic listener, an empowerer, and a fountain of knowledge and wisdom. Imagine combining a top-tier business strategist, a seasoned ecologist, and an astute cultural sage into one person – that’s Kendra for you.” – Ben C.

Wondering if this training is for you?

This training was designed for you if...

pech-check.png

You are already serving clients as an active, experienced land steward, ecological gardener or sustainable landscaper who wants to increase your revenue, improve your business skills and make a greater ecological impact with your daily work, without burning out.

and/or

pech-check.png

You got a PDC (permaculture design certificate) or another similar training, and want to make a healthy living putting those techniques into practice, but aren't sure where to start with turning it all into a business.

pech-check.png

You have some experience in land work but aren't sure how to offer it, charge for it, find clients, stay organized, or make enough money to make it worth it.

pech-check.png

You're a homesteader/DIYer who likes building habitat, supporting pollinators and growing ecological gardens that benefit wildlife and humans alike, with interest in a side-hustle.

pech-check.png

You want to get your hands dirty, make a difference for the planet and make some extra money, with direction and guidance from someone who's been through it.

pech-check.png

You have a few opportunities to do this work but aren't sure how to manage it.

pech-check.png

You're running/managing a small business that consistently generates at least some revenue but want to operate more ethically and position yourself to get more ideal opportunities, or collaborate with others in more effective ways.

pech-check.png

You are a landscaper or a company manager and want to offer your clients something more progressive, an ecologically beneficial service, but unsure how to make it fit.

Earthcare-Professional-training-5.jpg

But you should not spend your money on this if...

peach-cross.png

You lack basic land management skills (general landscaping, gardening, plant ID, etc).

peach-cross.png

You enjoy arguing for the benefits of herbicides in site prep methods.

peach-cross.png

You are a native-plants-only purist and don't see value/function in other types of plants.

peach-cross.png

You're only focused on your homestead and what the Earth can do to make your property most functional for your human needs.

peach-cross.png

You don't really want to take responsibility for your income, taxes, insurance, client relationships, and other business-related tasks or challenges.

peach-cross.png

You want to scale your business into an empire and dominate the local industry.

peach-cross.png

You expect all your problems to be solved in a single day course.

peach-cross.png

You're unable to devote your full attention for one day (7 hrs) to invest in learning how to operate more ethically and improve your business skills.

Most trainings end when the day ends. This one sets something in motion.

Because when your roots go deeper, your work can grow taller.

How? You won't walk away from EarthCare Professional Training alone.

For the next three months, you'll be supported inside the EarthCare Professionals Collective — a community space designed to help you keep that momentum going with the tools, accountability, and relationships that turn this work into a thriving livelihood.

Keep growing with the EarthCare Professionals Collective

Real transformation happens in community, not in isolation.

One-day trainings often leave you inspired but alone. You get great information, then go home to figure out implementation by yourself. That's where momentum dies and practitioners get stuck.

The EarthCare Professionals Collective is intentionally designed to help you stay connected, take action, and feel supported in the real world as you build your practice.

newsletter box image (1).png

Access to the Collective is only granted through this training, which means you'll be working alongside others who have learned the same methodology and share your commitment to relationship-based land work.

Earthcare-Professional-training-6.jpg

What's included in your 3-months Collective membership?

Monthly RoundTables with founders and other members: live group Q&A, wisdom sharing, and peer support

Opportunity to buy LEADS from established marketing systems: quality prospects already educated on the EarthCare approach

All EarthCare project management templates and documentation systems: copy and use the same tools that built a 6-figure business

Access to Business Growth Support Add-ons available only to collective members

Private community of professionals learning and growing together

This support turns your training day into a sustained 90 day journey of growth, implementation, and community connection.

Hi, I'm Kendra! EarthCare isn't just what I teach. It's how I live.

paper-effect.png
kendra-hoffman.jpg
Kendra Family.jpg

My journey started like many of yours - with a deep love for nature and a PDC that taught me brilliant design principles but left me clueless about building a sustainable business around them.

I started LadyBug EarthCare while living on a one-way street in a city row home with a little VW hatchback and a handful of farm tools I got on craigslist (yeah, back then, lol). From that humble beginning, I built a 6-figure regenerative landscaping business with an 80% lead-to-client conversion rate. Over the past decade, we've transformed half a million square feet into wildlife habitat, installed 300+ unique pollinator gardens, and trained 40+ contractors - with 30% now running their own microbusinesses.

But when I began, I was missing everything about this kind of business - an ecological design and regenerative landscaping company: how to price ethically, manage projects, build systems, and find a supportive community. The isolation and bad advice nearly burned me out.

Through years of trial, error, and costly mistakes, I discovered a more sustainable model. Staying small and relationship-focused isn’t a limitation but ecological wisdom. From this, the EarthCare methodology was born: practical, field-tested systems that allow practitioners to thrive without compromising values.

I’ve mentored stewards who’ve grown from crew members to confident project managers in months. I’ve seen practitioners build lasting businesses instead of giving up their land work for office jobs. And I know this field can evolve into a thriving network of professionals making a living while healing ecosystems.

My mission is simple: keep skilled practitioners in the field by giving them the business foundation most ecological education can’t cover.

If you’re feeling the pull—this is your invitation.

If you've read this far, something about this work is calling to you.

Maybe it's not time yet. That's okay.

But if you're standing at that place where you know you want to turn your ecological landscaping skills into something that actually sustains you - without selling your soul or burning out -
this could be where you begin.

This training is one day (or three, if you sign up for the virtual experience).
But it's also the start of something deeper.

I've watched my former apprentices and mentees:

  • Building profitable businesses rooted in ecological principles

  • Managing projects independently with complete confidence

  • Getting work in entirely new climates and contexts

  • Finding their unique voice in the ecological field

  • Developing skills that enhance every aspect of their work

It didn't happen overnight. But it started with a decision to stop trying to figure it out alone.
To show up. To take this work seriously. To put down roots and grow from there.

You'll know if that time is now.
